A: You can order online using our secure server or call 877-51-RELAX. The process is quick, yet thorough. Some products are only available via telephone order.
Q: How are the products shipped and how long to receive them?
A: All prices include shipment in the 48 states. We use a combination of Fed-ex, UPS and other shipping companies, depending on the size of the products. Shipping includes delivery to your residence but not carrying the products into your home unless you have the premium "white glove" delivery service . If you wish inside delivery, please specify at time of order to receive a quote for this service. Each product line may have varying shipping times, so please call and inquiry about the line of your interested.
Q: What if I have freight damage?
A: When your products arrive by a trucking company, it is best to inspect the contents at the time of delivery. Our shipping cartons are specially designed for the rigors of cross country shipping. That means the chance of damage is minimal. If you do have a problem, we will diligently work until the problem is solved.
Q: What are your warranties and how do you service me?
A: All of our products have a "no hassle" guarantee. That means any product purchased from us has the full support of each factory which manufactures our products . We are an authorized dealer for each of our products and in most cases have had long term relationships with them. We will be happy to process any warranty claim you may have, but all dealers are obligated to help you with warranty claims so it can be handled at a store in your area as well.
Q: Can you ship Internationally?

Q: Can you send swatches of the materials?
A: Yes, many fabrics and colors are available.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: Your communications are secure. We share only that information necessary to fulfill your order. Your personal information and communications will not be sold or used by any other entity.
Q: Will my credit card be billed as soon as I submit my order?
A: No, your card will not be billed until we confirm pricing and availability.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return product for a refund (less shipping charges) within 14 days for any reason. Original packing cartons are required. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, but this is rarely applied. Non-stock, custom orders may only be return due to defect in manufacturing. Some of our products require special order. Due to the nature of these products we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for these brands of furniture once the order has been placed and processed. It is important to double check your sizing and the colors needed before ordering these brands of furniture. Samples of leather colors are often available if you are unsure of colors before ordering and we recommend ordering samples first if color is important. You will be informed if your order is considered a "Special order" at the time your order is placed.
Q: Can I check the status of my order?
A: Feel free to call us for order status. Your last name will be assigned as an order number in and an e-mailed confirmation sent immediately after you order is placed. Please reference this number (name) when calling. Tracking numbers will be issue to you once your items has been shipped.
